Native American Projects

We have  finished our Native American Unit in social studies.  Students did a wonderful job working together to research, write  and create Native American reports and villages. It was a really fun unit and we all learned a lot. The final reports will be coming home after vacation and the villages were sent home today. Be sure to ask your child about all of their hard work.I also wanted to thank you all for sending in the craft materials to support these projects!

Four Winds

We have had an amazing year of four winds! Kathy Nelson has done an incredible job planning, organizing and teaching the lessons to our class. Sara Benoure has also helped throughout the year. Thanks ladies! Please take a moment to look at the slide show. These pictures are of our last two lessons on birds and camouflage. It has been really fun learning about our environment.
