NECAP, Pumpkin Patch and More

Happy Friday Families!

We will be starting our NECAP assessments on Monday. There are a few ways that you can help your child.  Please help them get to sleep early each night,  eat a healthy and filling breakfast daily and send in a good snack (or two) each day. I have purchased water bottles for each child so that they are hydrated throughout the week. There will be no homework assigned next week, but students can always read. You will find  NECAP practice packets in your child’s Friday Folder.

Our Mazza’s Pumpkin Patch field trip is rescheduled for Monday, October 8th from 12:50 – dismissal. A note will be in their Friday Folder today. If you would like to be a  chaperone, please be sure to return the form and  make sure that your volunteer paperwork has already been submitted. We will keep the pumpkins at school until Wednesday afternoon.

We had a fantastic afternoon at Bayside Park. All third grade classrooms enjoyed a picnic lunch, free play and a fun sing along with Ms. Millham. It was a great way to get out into the community and celebrate a beautiful fall day.

Have a wonderful weekend!
